  • claralux is a Canadian folk/acoustic rock band from the Niagara Region, formed in late 2017. Brought together by their passion for music, the band members are vocalist and guitarist John Kizera and vocalist Sarah Lamont. With over 40 years of combined experience as both session and touring musicians, they put on an engaging and highly entertaining performance that only a seasoned veteran act can. Their songbook is comprised of classics from the late-60's to 00's, often with a unique twist, making each performance a truly memorable experience.

  • Luke has been passionate about music ever since he can remember, even before he picked up his first guitar over 20 years ago. As a child, he spent time singing and playing guitar in church. With a nurtured interest in passing on musical knowledge, Luke is the third generation of music educators in his family.

    Luke has been part of many bands where he's played bass, guitar, as well as lead vocals.   • Hi, my name is Jeff Salem and I am the founder and owner of Salem’s Lott Scary Hot Sauces.

    So who has tried hot sauces before where all you taste is pure heat, no flavour at all, too much vinegar, too much water and way too much salt?

    Now there’s an alternative, with my line of gourmet award-winning hot sauces.

    My focus was to compliment peppers with different vegetables and or fruits. Keeping everything all natural, clean with great flavour and with just the right amount of kick. I gained many of my recipe ideas as a professional musician touring the world and meeting up with many different restaurant owners and chefs in various cities to discuss ideas on how to make a great tasting hot sauce. Taking their knowledge, experience and wisdom when I returned home I would create many different unique recipes over the years.   • Hi, my name is Amy and I am the creator behind Hunny Bee's Hive which I started in 2019. I have always been a lover of all things crafty, but have focused my talents on fibre art. At a very young age I learned to sew, stitch, and crochet by my grandma and great grandmother. I have now been perfecting my craft for over 20 years. I gravitate toward the amigurumi style, but also have fun creating clothing, accessories, and decor. Many of my items are made without a pattern and are one of a kind.   • I started making handcrafted cutting boards about 3 years ago and the response I received from friends and family was overwhelming to say the least and before I knew it, my items started to sell!!   • Niagara based artist; Melissa Proudlock created her first wine painting back in the Fall of 2013. She was a full-time graphic designer for a local winery and while creating a wine label the idea of using wine as paint was born.

    Using wine as an artistic material is unique, unpredictable, and impossible to control. Through trial and error, she has perfected her craft and discovered that wine provides a variety of colours. The process of preparing the wine to use as the medium has also been perfected (aging, reducing, and adding lees which is sediment found at the bottom of wine tanks). The wine needs to be the right consistency before she can create her artwork.

    She paints everything from portraits, animals, landscapes, musicians to fan-art and welcomes commissions. Her artwork has been showcased around Southern Ontario and she has been recognized around the world.

  • Since her adolescence, Doris has always had a connection with the Divine, that has only grown stronger as her life journey has progressed. She has always felt drawn to healing others with her hands.

    it all started with clothing, but of course, there’s only so many times you can clean your closet to have fun. so, she started getting crafty. one of the very first things she tried out was candle-making. little did she know, it was something she had a talent for! while online blogs explained frustration over experimenting with candle technicalities for months before perfecting a recipe, her experience was almost instantaneous. it was at the same time that she opened up a booth at the st. catharines flea market. upon launching her first candle drop, including scents like mixed berry lemonade, peppermint hot cocoa, watermelon sugar, and spiced apple pie, she sold out extremely fast.

    since those first couple weeks at the flea market, she has moved booths twice, most recently with the purpose of expanding. she designed a taylor swift-inspired candle series that went viral on tiktok, gathering a plethora of sales and followers. she upgraded her candle vessels from the initial walmart mason jars she started with to sleek, professional-quality 16 and 8 oz jars. she has earned a location for her products in multiple ontario retailers. she has taught herself how to make more products such as earrings, bath bombs, and lip balms.
